After submitting the form please email pictures showing repair needs to site and attach current Profit/Loss Financial Statement to the message. Emails should be sent to Geoff Griffin GRIFFINTENNIS@msn.com. Don't forget to include Name of Proposed Site in the Subject!

Should you receive a grant, GSDCTC will require:

Display a banner recognizing the Greater San Diego City Tennis Council at your tennis site.
Before and after pictures of project.
A notice of project completion from contractor, before any funds are released.
